Although not known as a pinup artist, some acknowledgement should be paid to the great Haddon Sundblom. It was under his influence that those commercial artists working in oil studied his style and applied it to the female form. He changed the way that generations came to see Santa Claus through his fine depictions for Coca-Cola from 1931 to 1964. (And for Playboy!)
